Orders are processed and dispatched within **1 to 2 business days** (excluding weekends and federal holidays). Orders placed before **2:00 PM EST** are prioritized for same-day or next-day handling. Once your package leaves our fulfillment gates, a tracked shipping confirmation is instantly issued via email.
Dispatch Hub Locations
To support delivery speeds, all items are stocked and dispatched directly from domestic fulfillment centers located in **Delaware and across the United States**. We do not engage in international dropshipping.
Geographic Coverage
Currently, we ship exclusively to physical addresses located within the **continental United States**. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military bases, or international destinations at this time.

2. 30-Day Return & Refund Charter
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our essentials. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a comprehensive **30-day return policy** starting from the date of package delivery.
Eligibility Conditions
- The return request must be initiated within **30 calendar days** of the delivery date.
- Items must be in original condition—unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- The product must be enclosed in its original manufacturer packaging.
- A valid receipt, invoice, or online order confirmation is required as proof of purchase.
Zero Restocking Fees
To ensure complete peace of mind, we charge **absolutely zero restocking fees** on all returned items.
How to Return an Item (Step-by-Step)
Receive Label
Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a shipping label.
Pack & Ship
Wrap the item securely in its packaging and drop off at your local USPS or UPS post office.
Inspection
Upon receiving the parcel, we inspect the item and transfer funds back to your original card.
Return Shipping Fee Responsibility
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries: If the item is faulty, arrived broken, or is a wrong delivery on our part, we cover **100% of the return shipping costs**. We will issue a pre-paid shipping label via email.
- Customer Preference & Remorse returns: If the return is due to a change of mind, personal preference, or size issues, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. A flat return shipping fee of **$4.90** is deducted from your refund sum.
Refund Processing Timelines
Once returned items arrive at our receiving gate, quality control inspectors review the items within **3 business days**. Once approved, your refund is credited automatically to your original billing card. Please note that credit card networks, local banks, and payment processors typically require **5 to 7 business days** to post credit adjustments to your statements.
